Sammic’s new range of vegetable preparation machines and combi units is highly durable, heavy duty machines made of stainless steel and aluminum cast for a continuous production of up to 2,200 lb/h.
Sammic’s vegetable cutters and combi food processors provide the best quality of cuts and dicing on the market, particularly for delicate products. Sammic’s machines allow natural workflow from left to right and are ideal for narrow counter spaces because of the lateral shoot. One arm motion process with roll-on handle for low impact on elbows and wrists insures easy and effortless operation. The large range of high quality discs and grids allows the operator to obtain over 70 different styles of product. The control panel is waterproof and LED lit.
