The FS-2000 all-stainless hydraulic press has 34 layers and 48 ” SQ Platens. The machine is equipped with our patented heavy-duty “wave” boards for maximum juice extraction.The FS-2000 hydraulic juice press is our largest Cold Juice Press designed with high-volume producers in mind and is capable to produce over 2000 gallons of juice per hour.

The FS-2000, as well as all FS cold presses are designed to keep the operator safe. The FS presses also have safety guards, 2 emergency stops, circuit protection on all the motors, wet environment plug and cord, and main electrical disconnect.
