The FS-360 hydraulic juice press is designed with high-volume producers in mind. It’s compact and mobile design facilitates industrial scale juicing in a footprint smaller than competing fixed-in-place installations.  The rotating “cassette” design eliminates the need to remove/replace bags between press cycles.  Simply slide out the juice collection pan, rotate the cassette, and dump the pomace/cake into the waste collection bin.  A sanitary valve, fitted to the juice pan, allows quick and easy transfer of juice to a sanitary bucket or hopper.  It is capable to produce up to 720 gallons of juice per hour.

The FS-360 all-stainless hydraulic press accommodates 12 press bags, with our patented heavy-duty “wave” boards for maximum juice extraction. Juice is collected in a specially designed 33 gallon pan with a stainless sanitary valve and discharge allowing easy transfer of juice to a bucket (provided) or sanitary pumping system for central collection.

Commissioned by juicing industry specialists who understand the needs of a modern juicing consumer, the FS-360 cold press has many unique features:

• Wash down design allowing spraying of the whole machine while cleaning.
• Electropolished surface providing an easy-to-clean coating.
• Wavy pressing plates ensuring better distribution of the applied force on the product in the bag from top to bottom instead of side to side avoiding bag “bursts” and producing higher yield.
• 2 emergency stop buttons – on both sides of the press.
• Welded easy-to-clean seams as opposed to “bolt together” construction methods that create crevices and require silicone sealants a subject to wear and tears.

The FS-360, as well as all FS cold presses are designed to keep the operator safe. The FS presses also have safety guards, 2 emergency stops, circuit protection on all the motors, wet environment plug and cord, and main electrical disconnect. These are some of our advvantages over the competition.
